Calm Operational Minimalism
This version moves the project away from a game-first landing page and toward a standard website: clear hierarchy, restrained color, and simple paths into the work. The older multiplayer lobby still exists, but it is now an optional archive instead of the main experience.
The interactive version stays out of the way unless you explicitly open it.

New requests enter on the left, active threads stay readable on the right, and status changes stay lightweight. It fits the quieter site without reverting to game framing.

The design-bible in Alcove pushed the site toward typography-led hierarchy, sparse accent color, and a single continuous page rather than stacked novelty panels.
What Changed
The primary experience is now a conventional site with direct navigation, editorial spacing, and thin structural rules instead of game framing.
Optional Archive
The Phaser experience is still in the repo for people who want the older exploratory version, but it no longer competes with the main landing page.
